Mid-Stage Production Update – Urbano Travel Backpack

We’ve reached the midpoint of production. All fabric, material, and strap cutting is complete.

Now comes the meticulous stage — placing every single component in the correct order and position.

The shoulder straps are far more complex than they appear.
They consist of multiple layers, each precisely cut and aligned to ensure lasting comfort and support.

Next, we move to the AeroSumo back panel.
Its special fiber must be cut entirely by hand — we tested laser cutting, but it burned the edges. Only skilled craftsmanship delivers the quality we demand.

The zippers — now enhanced with a subtle Maze Fathom star logo.
A small detail, but one I’m especially proud of.
