At Maze Fathom, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We guarantee our backpacks against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for their practical lifetime when used under normal conditions and intended purposes.

What This Lifetime Warranty Covers:

✅ Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of production
✅ Defects that affect the function or durability of the product from the time of manufacture

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

❌ Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents
❌ Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, abrasions, or zipper wear over time
❌ Modifications or alterations made by the user
❌ Damages that occur after receiving the item
❌ General wear and tear from regular use
❌ Intentional damage, such as cuts or slashes to the fabric

Who is Covered?

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Maze Fathom product bought from our official website or an authorized retailer. It is non-transferable and remains valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at mazefathom@gmail.com with the following details:
📌 Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
📌 Description of the issue
📌 Photos or videos showing the defect

We will review your claim and determine the best course of action, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or alternative solution.

Replacement & Return Policy

If your claim is approved and a replacement is issued, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fee.

If you need to return an item for evaluation, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipment, including any associated shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse these expenses. We will provide shipping cost estimates and instructions once the claim is approved.
