SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Hong Kong, Macau, China: 7-14 days
  • Southeast Asia: 7-14 days
  • United States & Canada: 7-14 days
  • Europe: 7-14 days
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 days
  • Other Locations: Shipping times vary

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to most countries; however, some locations may have restrictions due to shipping carrier limitations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in some cases. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Maze Fathom is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier issues, natural disasters). If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
